how to log in and manage your subscription
return to our c_sg store to log into your account. if you are not already logged in, click the three horizontal lines in the top right corner to log in with the email and password you used when creating an account.
click on Manage Subscriptions in the bottom right to open up your customer portal.

adding extra bread or beer
to add grocery items to your next delivery you can click Add a Product in the top right or Edit. either one will take you to the page to view other products in our store.
to add extra bread or beer to your order hover over 'additional bread or beer by middle brow beer & wine co.' and click Add One Time. you can choose to include any type of loaf and / or beer. this will get added and charged with your next subscription order.
if you want to remove the item from your order go back to your Delivery Schedule, select the Manage Add On button, and select Delete Product
skipping a delivery
click Edit next to the subscription you would like to skip. it will pull up a page that looks like the one below. click the "Skip Shipment" button in the bottom left corner.
changing your subscription frequency
click Edit next to the subscription you would like to change the frequency for. it will pull up a page that looks like the one below. click the arrow in the Charge Schedule box on the left.
select the new frequency that you would like to receive your subscription and then click Update.
if you have multiple subscriptions you would like to update you will need to repeat this process for each subscription. to view all your subscriptions go to the "Subscriptions" tab in the top left.
changing your subscription day - only available for pick ups!
click Edit next to the subscription you would like to change the pick up day for. it will pull up a page that looks like the one below:
click the arrow in the product section to pull up a selection box. this will have allow you to select a new day and loaf type if you are changing a bread. scroll to the bottom of the box and select Update.
if you want to completely change the product, click Swap Product, select the product and varieties you would like and click Save.
if you have multiple subscriptions you will need to make this update for each one you have.
updating your billing information
click on Manage Subscriptions in the bottom right to open up your customer portal. once in the portal open the PAYMENT METHODS tab.
select the dropdown for the card you would like to update and then select the EDIT PAYMENT METHOD button. this will open a window on the right and you should select the button to SEND UPDATE EMAIL.
this will send an email to your account email address with a link to update your card information.
