um. ... it's back. it's better than ever. it's a dense & seedy rye bread for slicing moderately thicc and eating w cream cheese and tinned fish.

rye flour. bungalow sour culture. bungalow beer. miso. honey. and a caramelized, toasty seed crust.

we made this bread for the first 2-3 years of bungalow weather. but the weather finally turned enough. and the rye couldn't take it. ... we get calls about it; DMs that border on the kinda intimate "i would do ANYTHING 😘😘 for the rye bread will u plz bring it back?"; stories at the bar about our toasts "but mostly that weird rye y'all made".
